Seen during a couple of hours on the afternoon of 3-28. Highlights were
six Common Mergansers (a county first for me), a Red-necked Grebe (on
the City Reservoir), a pair of Shovelers and an Osprey. Also seen a
Roughg-winged Swallow and good numbers of Bufflehead and Ring-necked Ducks.
