Bill James kept the count today and recorded our best day so far this
season. Highlights included 5 Bald Eagles and 50 Osprey, which is a new one day
record for Fall. The old record was 38 Osprey for one day. Also 26 Osprey in
one
hour during the 11 - 12 count period is probably a new record as well.
Eighteen Common Nighthawks were also seen passing the lookout in the
evening.
