[va-bird] Harris's sparrow at Metz Wetlands, 11/29

I saw the Harris's sparrow at Metz wetlands this morning. It was in the =
small woodlot alongside the road at the west end of the park, and in the =
dry field nearby. It perched on a stake in full sunlight about 15' away =
for at least 30 seconds. Glorious looks. =20

Metz was full of birds. Other goodies were a blue- headed vireo, house =
wren, purple finch, tree sparrow, and yellow-bellied sapsucker. All were =
in the same general area as the Harris'. There were also over a dozen =
flickers, indicating to me some late migration. A full list is attached, =
including gulls and ducks seen in Neabsco Creek nearby.
