[va-bird] Harris's Sparrow at Julie Metz this morning

The Harris's Sparrow was present Friday morning at the Julie Metz Wetland 
Mitigation Bank with the usual (sparrow) suspects at the monument at around 
10:00.  All of the sparrows seemed skitish, but good views were available.
