Weather:
Cold wet air and heavy clouds. Temperature 8-10C. Looked like it was
ready to rain all day, but the moisture stayed in the clouds through count
period.
Raptor Observations:
Bald Eagles (1Adult, 1 sub-adult) soaring together at 10:05AM. Most birds
were binocular vision only and passed through quickly on fast flap and
glide trajectories.
