Weather:
NNW wind 20-28km/h kept low clouds and fog at bay. Although overcast
throughout the day, there was a thinner layer overhead with breaks with
bright blue and sun peaking through.

Raptor Observations:
2nd day with push of Sharpies. Hopefully we'll see some good number by
this weekend. Only one Osprey at 1:29 standard time.
Most of the birds stayed low, to no more than 2 glasses above top of
ridge.
