Weather:
Cloudless, moderate N wind. 

Raptor Observations:
Some harriers; most birds detected high in the blue sky. Rob Klages at the
hawk banding station caught a HY bald eagle at the pigeon (!)- a Kiptopeke
first. 

Non-raptor Observations:
2 pine siskins; 2 purple finches; wood duck; Am. pipit; horned larks;
hermit thrushes; imm. red-headed woodpecker; brown-headed nuthatches; 3
common loons; at sunrise, thousands of robins everywhere in the sky,
flying every which way. 

Predictions:
Rain in afternoon; N wind becoming E.
