Weather:
Strong West-Northwest winds all day long. Heavy cloud cover for most of
the day. No clouds for 1.5hrs mid-day. Cold morning.
Raptor Observations:
Flight eventually getting very high. This surprised me as I hoped they
would be low with the strong winds we recieved.
