Birding and Wildlife festival participence. Hal & Lynn, Harry A., Bob R.,
Weather:
100% Cloud cover, winds from Southsoutheast and wip'n! Off and on drizzle
in the morning, then occasional showers then just raining.
Raptor Observations:
PEFA's hunting, but still moving a little. OSPR also on the move but only
lasting through the early morning. On NOHA came in close, saw us did a
quick "about-face" and flew off again North...my sentiments exactely.
