Weather:
Pleasant day.  Cool and blustery early with varying amounts of cloud and
sun all day.

Raptor Observations:
Hawks seen were using the whole sky - no dominant sector or height.

Non-raptor Observations:
Monarchs still flying; most were high.Some Chimney Swifts still flying.  No
Blue Jays, yet.

Predictions:
Still a good possibility of a good day since birds are still flying up
North.
