Harvey's. Sorry the conditions were not conducive for a good flight.

Lots & lots & lots & lots(get the message?) of Parkway goers looking at
the colors which has probably reached peak conditions.
Weather:
Clear blue sky with not a cloud in sight and no wind. Temps very tolerable
for a late October day.
Raptor Observations:
Most hawks seen out over the valley on the west side with just a few
overhead.
BE-A @ 13:52 gave us great looks and hung around for apprx. 3 Minutes.
A Merlin was once again the last bird of the day.
Non-raptor Observations:
Where are the Redtails?
Predictions:
Overcast with rain showers at times. High 58F. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph.
Chance of rain 60%.
Winds at 3000 ft, 15-20 from the SE changing to SW
