In calling Del. Cox's office this afternoon, I found out that the meeting is
today, not Feb. 2nd, and confirmed on the General Assembly website.

Unfortunately this change in schedule means that Margaret O'Bryan and I will
not be able to attend as planned. I have also sent an e-mail to Delegate
Cox asking for his support of the bill, I hope it is not too late.
In talking with Del. Cox's aide, I found the one thing that got his
attention was the biomedical use of horseshoe crab blood, and its economic
value. HB
435 provides an exemption for this use. I have forwarded a link to the
