In calling Del. Cox's office this afternoon, I found out that the meeting is today, not Feb. 2nd, and confirmed on the General Assembly website. _http://vacap.state.va.us/chamber.nsf/0b134cb846472a5c852569d60074f42c/6421da0 98de2a36a85257100006dad0d?OpenDocument_ (http://vacap.state.va.us/chamber.nsf/0b134cb846472a5c852569d60074f42c/6421da098de2a36a85257100006dad0d?OpenDocument ) Unfortunately this change in schedule means that Margaret O'Bryan and I will not be able to attend as planned. I have also sent an e-mail to Delegate Cox asking for his support of the bill, I hope it is not too late. In talking with Del. Cox's aide, I found the one thing that got his attention was the biomedical use of horseshoe crab blood, and its economic value. HB 435 provides an exemption for this use. I have forwarded a link to the following website to Del. Cox. _http://www.k12.de.us/warner/economicshsc.htm_ (http://www.k12.de.us/warner/economicshsc.htm) Wendy Ealding
