[va-bird] Great Crested Flycatcher

Just for the record-keepers: a Great Crested Flycatcher was observed at Bull 
Run Regional Park, Fairfax County, this morning, by a group organized by the 
Northern Virginia Conservation Trust. According to the Blue Book, the average 
late date for this species is September 25.
