[va-bird] Good view of Snowy Owl at Dulles Airport this morning

Shortly after 10 a.m. this morning I arrived at
parking garage 2 at Dulles Airport. Two other birders
were there searching for the Snowy Owl. A gentleman
named Pat was the first to find the owl. Looking
directly out from the SW corner of the top deck of the
garage, the owl was sitting in the grassy strip
between the two run ways. Just to his left was a sign
containing the letter, "Y", with arrows pointing left
and right. Follow the arrow pointing right, and there
was the bird. Good view!! He seemed to be enjoying the
morning sun and in no hurry to leave.
