[va-bird] Good day in eastern Prince William County

I had a fine morning and early afternoon along the Rt. 1 corridor in Prince
William County today. I started at 5am along Rt. 619 west of Prince William
Forest Park, and ended around 3 at Occoquan NWR, with stops at Cockpit Pt. Rd.
and Leesylvania State Park. I totaled 120 species in all, with 21 warblers,
including 2 very early blackpoll warblers at Leesylvania. I also saw 5 vireos
(blue-headed, yellow-throated, red-eyed, white-eyed, and warbling), 5 swallows
(missing cliff), both cuckoos (black-billed at Leesylvania), both orioles, both
tanagers (summer at Cockpit Pt.), and both grosbeaks (both along Cocpit Pt.
Rd.). Other notables were a chuck-wills-widow along Rt. 619, and 2
white-winged scoters, bobwhite, and displaying turkey at Occoquan NWR. I had
lots of help from Jay Keller and Kurt Gaskill.
