Fellow birders,
If I may add to the chorus, I am going to the Everglades and Keys at
Thanksgiving, and also plan to hit Corkscrew, Myakka River SP, and possibly
Merritt Island NWR. Could you please forward to me the same responses you
forward to Lori? Thanks so much!

Good morning VAbirders,
Regarding Michael's request for info on Captiva and Sanibel, if any of you
respond, could you please cc me? I'm going to Florida in January and
also appreciate any tips for good birding spots. I'll also be in thelistserv.
Everglades, the Keys, and will pickup Merritt Island NWR as well on my
return north along the Atlantic coast.
Thanks in advance,

To all birders-
I will be going to Captiva this coming weekend and am interested in
seeing a Reddish Egret, a Snail Kite, any other Kite, Wood Storks, and
Greater Flamingos (if possible) as well as any other Florida specialties
that you might know of. I only have one day to look for them (not even
that much), so I've got one shot. I'd also like to see a manatee and I
would prefer not to get too close to alligators. Any recommendations
would be helpful. I've heard that Ding Darling is an excellent place and
not far from Captiva. Thanks for your time. Please reply off the
email to va-bird@xxxxxxxxxxxxx. To unsubscribe, send email to
