[va-bird] Ft. Belvoir CBC/Prince William sector

Not to compete with Rich, but the Prince William sector of the Ft. Belvoir CBC
could also use a few volunteers. Again, the date is December 31. This sector
includes Occoquan NWR, Metz Wetlands, and Leesylvania State Park, all good
areas. If you are available, please let me know offline, or at 703-680-1134.
