I just got a note from Tyler Bell who relays a second-hand message from the
very-reliable Kyle Rambo that a female frigatebird flew in off the ocean and
is soaring around the beach area as of one-thirty this afternoon. Kyle was
seeing the bird from Oceanfront and 12th Streets.
