[va-bird] Fox Sparrows

The Williamsburg area only got an inch or two of sleet and ice from the
storm, but on February 17th, along a stretch of the Colonial Parkway near
here, feeding in the thin melted area at the road's edge, there were lots of
Robins, a few American Pipits, a Horned Lark and many sparrows, which I
didn't count, except for 126 Fox Sparrows.
