[va-bird] Fox Sparrow at Ft. Smith Park, Arlington, Thursday, Feb. 17

VA Birders,

    The 6 birders who joined our NVBC walk on Thursday, Feb. 17, at Fort C.F. 
Smith Park, Arlington Co., enjoyed good views of a Fox Sparrow, which was the 
highlight of the trip and the first we have seen in the park this year.  We 
also saw an adult Bald Eagle, which flew by at the end of the walk, but 
unfortunately, after some participants had already left.
