[va-bird] Fox Sparrow; Thanksgiving Feeder Watch

I found a Red Fox Sparrow in with a flock of Juncos, White-throated Sparrows
and Robins this afternoon here in Vienna, VA. 

I can't seem to find my Thanksgiving Feeder Watch from!!! Would someone
please reply to me with the rules (10' diameter circle, one hour, birds in
and out of circle?) and the address where to mail it?
