[va-bird] Forcasting bird activity

I was thinking about this the other day while things were slow out and about.

Fishermen use almanac's and fishing forecasts to pick the best times to go fish.

I wonder if there is a bird activity forecast of sorts somewhere.... I'm betting that good fish time is likely good bird time, though I certainly don't have anything to back that up.

Any thoughts?
