[va-bird] Flycatcher with a Warble

I saw this bird this morning and realized after I downloaded the image that
it had a Warble on the side of its' throat. I must confess this is the first
time I have ever seen a warble on a bird. Years ago, several of the squirrel
population on my property were infested with Cuterebra, but I haven't seen
any in at least 15 years on squirrels, and this is a first for seeing one on
a bird.
Here are 2 images of the Flycatcher. Sorry for the poor quality. (Plus the
grossness factor) Warbles are the stuff of horror flicks... heh heh

Is this fairly common? And do any of you think this is survivable, due to
the location of the Warble? The bird was healthy and actually was chasing
another Flycatcher around, making it difficult for me to get a picture of
it. It was also calling, so I guess it's voice isn't affected.
Thanks..
