[va-bird] First Landing banding not running 4/27

Howdy all,
Just to let you all know that the banding station at First Landing State Park 
will not be running tomorrow (4/27). I am going to be a slacker tomorrow. 
Instead, I am going out with Bob Ake to do the walk in the Dismal with all 
hopes 
of seeing a Swainson's Warbler.
