The activity at my feeders,in Rockingham County, has
all but stopped since the Hurricane. I had not made
that correlation until I saw the posts from other
readers. Typically I would have considerable activity
from House Finches, Blue Jays, Goldfinches,
Chickadees, Titmice, Downy Woodpeckers, Red-bellied
Woodpeckers and Flickers. Over the past several weeks
I have seen 1 or 2 House Finches and an occasional
Chickadee.
