[va-bird] Eurasian Collared-Dove, Montross, 26 July 2004

Greetings,
Work took me to Montross (Westmoreland County) today.  At the intersection of 
Route 3 and Lyells Road was a Eurasian Collared-Dove.  I saw it as I was 
driving, and went back for it.  When I got back to the spot, it was gone.  I 
imitated it's call, and ended up flushing it from pretty much right above me 
from 
the wires near the top of the phone poll.  It only flew a little west toward 
the Laundromat nearby.  No camera with me, so no pictures.
