[va-bird] Eagles over National Airport

I just happened to glance out the window of my office in Crystal City, and saw a pair of Bald Eagles lock talons and plummet over National Airport. They broke free remarkably close to the ground and circled each other in a climb before heading upstream over the Potomac. Amazing display!
