Allen,

From I-81 N take the US 50/US 17 east on the southeast side of Winchester. 
Continue on US 50 east for about 8 or 9 miles and look for the brown sign for 
Blandy Experimental Station on your right.  Follow the entrance road to the 
main parking lot then walk up the road to your left (east) and look for the 
warbler in the double red cedars behind the Peetwood Pavilion.

Beautiful bird!!!!
