[va-bird] Dickcissel still in Remington

We stopped out in Remington Saturday 7/8/06 to look for Dickcissels and
Upland Sandpipers.  Didn't find any Uppies but did find 1 Dickcissel from
Savannah Branch Rd.  A scope was needed to get a good look at him.  Lots and
lots of Meadowlarks and Killdeer along with a Blue Grosbeak.
