[va-bird] Re: Delaware Bay Field Trip, 052904

Ray Smith and Fred Bogar led a field trip for the Fairfax Audubon Society to
Delaware Bay on Saturday, May 29, 2004. The trip included Cape Henlopen State
Park, Prime Hook NWR, Slaughter Beach, Mispillon Light, Port Mahon Road, and
the Bombay Hook NWR. The clear skies were marked with occasional clouds and
punctuated with gusting winds. The eighteen birders enjoyed seeing over 90
species in one whirlwind tour of sometimes exotic, sometimes remote, and often
romantic Delaware Bay.

Leading is easy with good birders.
