All,
I was driving south on I-95 today in Caroline County (mile marker 104) when I
spotted a Common Raven being buffeted by the wind directly above the road. I
know I-95 runs pretty much up the fall line so this bird was very close to the
Coastal Plain if not in it. Any geologists out there that can tell me for
sure? I've never seen a raven that far east and never on the Coastal Plain. A
nice "road bird" for sure.
