The Moorhen is still being spotted at the Blandy Farm on so-called Lake
Arnold. A temporary wetland area on the left side or Eastern portion of Blandy.
Drive til you cross over a flooded section of the gravel road. Park and scan
the
clumps of willow trees that form sort of an island out about 200 yards from
the road. He is somewhat secretive and stays hidden much of the time. He
vocalized to announce his exit from his hiding spot whenever he went forth-
which
was kind of convenient.
