[va-bird] Common Eider at Cape Charles

A female Common Eider, in a bit of molt, was on the Cape Charles Beach
jetty/pier this morning at around 0720, seen by myself and Steve Hairfield at
close
range. This is the first time I've seen a summer eider in the state and the
first eider I've seen on this jetty. The jetty is found at the terminus of
Route 184 (which jogs in town onto Mason Ave., the business district).
