Larry Meade and I got out to Cockpit Point Road and Possum Point Road
yesterday morning (Dumfries, Prince William County, VA). This was my first
time to this birding hot-spot and I was not disappointed! Highlights were
Red, White and Blue Vireos, 10 species of Warblers and a Summer Tanager.
There were a number of other birders on the road today (helping me learn the
songs) who I'm sure can augment the list.
Cheers!
Phil
