[va-bird] Clark's Grebe returns for a seventh winter

The Clark's Grebe was present this morning between 0810 and 0901 just off the
Lynnhaven Fishing Pier in Virginia Beach, easily studied with a scope from
First Landing State Park just to the east. It was first noted in the area in
winter 1999/2000 and has been recorded on the Little Creek CBC on four
occasions now, I believe.
