Visited sites along Route 5 east of Richmond this a.m. with Lee Archard and
had 104 species. Best birds were Surf Scoter on the James River and a
UplandSandpiper found in a field near Shirley Plantation. Of the 15 warbler
species heard/seen only Yellow-rumped was non-breeder.
