[va-bird] Cape Charles Christmas count, Dec. 30 - under new management

Due to the death of my mother-in-law, Mary Mallam, on Tuesday night, I am
on my way from Cape Hatteras to northern New York.  Ned Brinkley will
manage the count this year on count eve and during the count, with an
assist from Jared Sparks, who is also in charge of the boat party.  Meet
them in Jared's room, Rm. 201 of Kiptopeke Inn (formerly Days Inn) on count
eve (Thursday, Dec. 29, c. 7-8:30 P.M.) or else at Sting-Ray's 6-7 A.M. on
count day, this Friday.  My grateful thanks to them and to the good souls
who participate on the count.  Hate to miss it ... first miss in 41 years
