[va-bird] C&O Canal Count Rescheduled

Just received this from Peter Vankevich regarding C&O Canal Count. I've 
participated in this count for a few years now...I know it's not in VA, but 
it's 
still fun and close to home for us in Northern VA...Rich Rieger
