After many exchanges of e-mail notes and phone calls, it appears that the
list of CBC details are nearing completion. Here is revision 3-A, which
includes corrected dates, new phone numbers, and additional count areas.
For the counts you wish to participate in, be sure to confirm the details
with the count compilers.
Visit: www.vabirds.org to see a map and description of the count
areas. From the webpage, you can also copy the list in an improved format
and with better fonts. The listserve limits our ability to make the list
more graphically appealing. Our thanks to David Spears for the excellent
map and for plotting the count circles. And, our thanks to Ken Klotz for
continuously updating the details and linking the map to the specific
counts. We hope that the details enable you to better choose the counts
you wish to participate in this year.
