[va-bird] C Loon and Cuckoos

Larry Meade, Ted Vawter and I found a C. Loon still in winter plumage at Dyke 
Marsh (Alexandria)  this morning. The bird was still in winter plumage and 
Larry speculated that it might be a bit shy about migrating as being so drab it 
may not get any "Loon-tang"...
Also present were two YB Cuckoos on the peninsula. Marsh Wren #'s are up 
(relative) to 3 or 4. 3 Spotted Sandpipers were about...Rich Rieger
