[va-bird] Bullock's Oriole from Saturday March 23, Vienna, VA

Not only was the bird present in the morning (see previous post), we had it
from 1:15 to 1:30 in the afternoon.  Spectacular bird in great lighting.
Many thanks to the homeowner's for permission to see such a great bird.
