[va-bird] Re: Blue-gray Gnatcatcher Occuquan NWR: Add VA Rail

VA BIRDers,

Let me add to Katie's report that the Virginia Rail first reported by Charlie 
Creighton is still present in the marshy area along the entrance road.

Also, Belmont Bay hosted 3 Common Loons in alternate plumage a little after 
noon.
