Birders,
Today, the first Blue Gray Gnatcatcher of the year was heard and seen
in the yard.
Lots of birds singing, including Yellow-rumped Warblers, Pine Warbler,
Ruby-crowned Kinglets and Fox Sparrows.
On January 25, 2005, we observed a banded Canada Goose at Lake Orange
and reported the information to USGS.
They advised as follows:
Banded: 06/27/2001
Age of Bird: Was too young to fly when banded.
Location: Near Grafton, Ohio.
Have a happy spring!
George Harris
Orange County
