[va-bird] Black-throated Blue Warbler, northern Loudoun Co.

This morning while bluebird monitoring at Temple Hall Regional Farm Park, north
of Leesburg on Rt. 15, I first heard and then saw, at very close range, a
Black-throated Blue Warbler, in a fairly small woodlot surrounded by farm
fields. This bird took a wrong turn somewhere!
