[va-bird] Black-billed Cuckoo

I live a block from Telegraph Road in the Hayfield/Ft Belvoir region of  
Northern Virginia so I don't get very many unusual  birds.  But this morning 
there 
was a Black-billed Cuckoo in my  yard - a first for my yard list! He even 
sang his rapid cu-cu-cu song to  brighten my morning!
