VA-Birders,
Last spring, when I asked the list for advice and
recommendations for a birding trip to Texas, many of you obliged with
much useful and appreciated information. As a result, we had a fabulous
trip, complete with 71 life birds. This year, we plan to fly to
Albuquerque in mid-April and spend 3 weeks birding in southwest New
Mexico, southeast Arizona, and the Salton Sea area in California. Once
again, I am asking for your thoughts; we have read about various
birding "hotspots" in those areas, but would like to hear about opinions
and experiences of people who have been there and birded this area.
Thanks for your help!
Nancy Shipman
