[va-bird] Birding Opportunities

Hi,

I am an average on skills but high on curiosity birder from the California 
desert.  I'll be in Washington for Land & Water Conservation Fund lobbying 
but have Sunday and Monday free (March 30 and 31).  My guess is that this 
is a good time to be looking for spring migrants in particular and local 
species in general.  Suggestions for how to spend my time would be appreciated.
