[va-bird] Bird watching and dressing sense

Hi,

Another question,

I had always been brought up on the principles, that
when out in the woods or any wilderness area (when I
went birdwatching to these places), I was supposed to
be dressed as a bird watcher.
That usually meant drab colored clothes and no bright
colors. But I am quite surprised to see a lot of bird
watchers wearing bright colors in field trips (be it
brightly colored dress or bags or caps and other such
accessories).

Is it ok to "not" be dressed appropriately for
birdwatching?

thanks,
Deapesh.
