The regular (every 2nd Sat.) monthly bird walk at the Banshee Reeks Nature
Preserve in central Loudoun County will occur on Sat., Sept. 10, meeting at
8:00 am at the Visitor Center/Manor House. Everyone is welcome at these bird
walks which are sponsored by the Friends of Banshee Reeks
(www.bansheereeks.org) and the Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy
(www.loudounwildlife.org).
For anyone that is int'd our last regular (3rd Sat. from 10 am to noon) monthly
Butterfly & Dragonfly Walk of the season will take place at Banshee Reeks on
Sept. 17. This walk will be led by Nicole Hamilton & Andy Rabin.
