[va-bird] Belated report from Kingstowne Lake

Friday, I saw a pair of BUFFLEHEAD (the male in highly-iridescent 
breeding plumage) as well as a RUDDY DUCK (juvenile or female) and a pair 
of male (Lesser,I think) SCAUP (in breeding plumage) at the lake near 
Kingstowne Shopping Center. There were also the usual RING-NECKED DUCKS, 
many CANADA GEESE and RING-BILLED GULLS, HOUSE SPARROWS, and NORTHERN 
MOCKINGBIRDS.
